Nestled deep in the lush Wisconsin Northwoods, Nitschke's Northern Resort is the ultimate in beauty, serenity and excitement. This unique getaway is located on beautiful Lake Minocqua, Lake Kawaguesaga and the historic Bearskin Trail, supplying an overlook on one side of a vibrant wildflower wetland, and on the other a majestic aquatic view.

This resort offers more than your average getaway with the comforts of 'home away from home' plus the convenience and beauty of being directly on the water. All of our vacation homes are 3 to 5 bedrooms, 1,2 & 4 1/2 baths and are fully winterized complete with fireplace or fireplaces allowing year-round enjoyment of this stunning lakeside location. In wintertime, enjoy the additional convenience of 'up to your door' snowmobile access.

We have something for every member of your group to enjoy with activities like biking, swimming, volleyball, boating, shopping, having a bonfire at one of our split-log seating firepits, or even just dozing the stress away..

Easily Accessible
Our resort is mostly level and very safe for guests that require alternate means to get around. Our cabins are easily accessible as well as the beach, docks, boats, etc. making it a fun memorable experience for what sometimes could be challenging to say the least.
